Personal Training
Are you looking for more one-on-one style personal training? Achieve your fitness goals with Ivan Vachkov as your personal trainer either virtual or in-person. As a personal training client with Ivan, you will receive:
- A workout plan catered to your specific goals
- A nutrition guide to follow along with recipes to help make eating healthy more fun
- Regular personal training sessions with Ivan
- Access to our Tyalo Fitness team for questions, concerns and encouragement when you need it
- Regular check-ins and adjustments to your workout and nutrition plan as needed
- Instructions on how to perform each exercise to understand why it’s important, which muscle groups it’s working and how to do it properly to avoid injury and maximize benefit.
Our training sessions are 60 minutes long. Each hour you spend with Ivan will be tough, but so are you. Your personal training sessions will be specifically catered to your goals, your body and the limits Ivan knows you can push.
In-Person Personal Training is available in Tucson, Arizona only.
Virtual Personal Training sessions are available across the United States.
